Description:   During the performance of duties as legal professionals, family law attorneys are sometimes surprised by a statue, rule, or case.  The lawyer experiences an “OMG” moment when faced with a case, statute, or rule that the lawyer did not previously know existed.  The consequences for the lawyer, paralegal, and client can be substantial.  Larry R.
