Radical Civility: The Importance of Civility for Paralegals
The presentation will cover a recent informal survey that found that legal practitioners highlighted an overall decrease in civility in their practices. During this session, learn the importance and ethical considerations of civility-the simply acting with formal politeness when communicating, working with clients, and conducting business—and how it should be the cornerstone of both the paralegal’s client interaction, case preparation and in the courtroom.
