The presentation will focus around the actual will signing ceremony, and address the following issues: What is what and who is who? What is a Will, and what is not a Will? Who is a Testator, who are the witnesses, who can be witnesses, and who can be a notary? What is a Self-Proving Affidavit, what it means, and what it does? Who and what is required to actually sign the Will, when do witnesses have to be in place, and when is the Will acknowledged by a notary.? What does the paralegal do with the Will after it is signed?
