The appointment of a Receiver is often necessary when adverse parties cannot or will not work cooperatively in a court-ordered sale of real property. Following appointment by a Court, the Receiver essentially steps into the shoes of the Sellers and effectuates the liquidation of the property in question. During this webinar CLE, Mr. Julian will discuss the process and benefits of a court appointed receiver.
This seminar has been approved by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for certification and recertification continuing legal education. APPROVESPECIALTY 1.00 Bankruptcy Law 1.00 Civil Trial Law 1.00 Estate Planning & Probate Law 1.00 Family Law 1.00 Real Estate Law
