The purpose of this Webinar is to layout the general process for obtaining cell phone data, methods of obtaining the cell phone data, and discuss what types of data can be available and what that data can show. The use of electronic discovery, particularly with evidence collected from cell phones, has become a lynchpin in family law cases. In its barest form, electronic discovery from cell phones can simply be screenshots of text message chains between the parties or additional witnesses. However, a more in-depth review of electronic discovery typically requires some reliance on experts in the field of computer forensics.
