Changes in labor and employment law continue to be made on both a state and national level. In this CLE, Attorney Amy Beckstead with Beckstead Terry Ditto PLLC, will be discussing the myriad changes in state and national employment laws and new developments in case law, ranging from discussions about Texas’ changes to sex harassment laws to national changes in arbitration law.
