An example given: there are 50,000,000 more men than women in China because of the one child per family policy. By 2020, there will be 300,000,000 more men than women, thus more market for prostitution. He discusses the grave concern involving those coming across our borders that may be terrorists. 90% are coming from Mexico, followed by Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua. Mr. Sutton discusses the Patriot Act, the balance of freedom vs. security, crime involving the Internet. He closes with discussion of the famous Ramos case involving Border Patrol officers who shot a drug dealer and then were prosecuted.
